AGAIN!!!! Who does she think she is J. Edgar Hoover. She is going to Incriminate herself FINALLY. Can’t wait. It just doesn’t stop with this nut. CHRIS, get her some professional help. SERIOUSLY!!!!

    • avatar JMCR says:

NOW DO YOU ALL UNDERSTAND WHY SHE WANTED 2 KNOW ABOUT TERESA LEAGEL ISSUES SHE IS SO CLOSE 2 GOING 2 JAIL, THIS IS NOT LIKE JOE & TERESA ISSUES THEY KNWINGLY DEFAURDED & STOLD 8 MILLION DOLLORS THE NOW HAVE A TRUSTEE SELLING OFF WHAT THEY AS HUSBAND & WIFE OWN CLOTHES & SUCH, THE REMARK ABOUT USING THE PLANE GO & READ FauxReality.
Chris and Joe Laurita drained Signature Apparel as much as they possibly could and then transferred ownership to a new owner in exchange for a % of future sales.
Translation: They were ALL havin’ a ton ‘o fun with the money comin’ in… and they KNEW they weren’t supposed to!
Translation: Joe and Chris Laurita (and spouses) are still livin’ the life and the Federal Bankruptcy Trustee for this case is going after them for their personal assets… “piercing the corporate veil”… to satisfy any judgment (monies owed).

  2. avatar kimmy says:

What exactly does this mean? Did the Laurita’s record convo’s? Maby the assistant did at the prosecutors request?

  3. avatar Socalsoccer says:

This story just keeps getting better and better!

  4. avatar Say What?? says:

Again? This chick needs serious medical help. Autisim runs in families. Im beginning to believe Jac has some form of Autisim herself.

    • avatar professor3rdeye says:

A lesson these losers never learned from Watergate is if the crime doesn’t take you down the COVER UP will. Way to go Jacqueline!

  5. avatar Linda Carrier says:

And parentmagazine is offering her a platform?? She is not a wonderful mother by any stretch….fedproblems/substance&alcohol abuse/obsessive-compulsive behavior/twitter/text/emotionally unstable – face distortion due to overuse of botox/fillers/etc., diagnosis of autism suspect/inappropriate behavior with Gia and really, all season as witnessed on nat’l tv reality show…..in fact I personally think she needs major help, not a platform as a good parent. WTH dont these mags ever do some research.

    • avatar LoveLoveLove says:

ITA Linda! As a matter of fact, under another article on this blog I just posted this:
Take for instance Jachole anouncing in her blog that she’ll be writing for Parenting magazine (that is a horrifying thought) it’s like SHE knows she has been fired so she did not want to write her blog/say anything until she could “brag” about her fabulous new gig. You know what I mean? So after Bravo announces she can say it was what SHE wanted, that SHE decided to leave & focus on Autism & her child… blah…blah….blah

BTW: It’s so hard for me to speak to this (type to this?LOL!) because I AM a mother of a child with Austism and everything Jachole is doing in regards to Autism repels me. Our son was almost 15 yrs old before I though myself qaulified enough to speak publicy about Autism & what families can do to help/outcomes for the child/various therapies, etc… and that’s after having researched it, worked and LIVED with it 24/7 for TWELEVE years!! She’s ignorant & unstable to begin with, then has the chutzpah to think that because she’s read a few articles on the Internet, perhaps consulted a couple of docs, that she’s qualified to “share” what she’s learned!?? She will end up doing more harm than good. In my opinion she is a disgrace!
Okay – sorry, I gotta stop, See what I mean?! LOL

      • avatar Say What?? says:

Lots of us are mothers of Autisim. My son is now 15 and I still dont know enough or feel qualified to give advice to other mothers. I most certainly would not have been in any shape to give advice after the first year. I’m shocked and disgusted that she’s being given this platform.

      • avatar Skeeter says:

I hear ya! I just got slammed on another website by people because I basically said the same thing. I also deal with autism, but on a grandparent level and I think she is a joke. You are right…our family has been dealing with autism for almost 12 years and we are still learning things. She’s not an expert. I would not take her advice on anything!

      • avatar Socalsoccer says:

I got a tweet from Parents magazine and it said they only did a story on her son and she is not writing for the magazine. She is out of touch with reality.

        • avatar FauxReality says:

          Awesome to know!

        • avatar Shakin My Head says:

WOW! Just wow! You’d think if she really was “writing” for Parents she’d be all over her Twitter about it. I can’t find one mention from her about it. In KatFish’s voice “KOO KOO! KOO KOO!!

        • avatar AnnapolisErin says:

She said in her blog she’s contributing to Parenting Magazine, not Parents Magazine. There are 2 different mags. Parent’s tweeted that she’s not working from them but she never said she was. Not a Jac fan, just stating the facts.

      • avatar CJ says:

I have so much respect and admiration for the mothers of special needs children. Every one of you I’ve ever know have a tireless dedication that is remarkable.

Jax’ behavior has disturbed me as it is so unlike that of the mother’s I’ve know.

      • avatar lobstahsmaht says:

I think its good for you to put it out there. At this point, she can do more harm than good. She needs to stop trying to gather sympathy and attention to herself and spend time with her son.

        • avatar LoveLoveLove says:

Exactly – more harm than good. In my comment, I did write “Parenting” mag, but I’ve seen quite a bit of confusion about the two mags on Twitter. I’ve also seen many people tweeting to the correct mag, Parenting, that they will no longer purchase or read their mag if they bring Wacko on board. Parenting mag tweeted responses acknowledging the input/opinions & said they’d forward the concerns to the editors.
I do not tweet so I will send an email. I will briefly outline the reasons I feel she is NOT qualified to give advice on this subject & how I feel her contribution will be a disservice to their readers.
It appears to be true that they’ve offered her something – I read a tweet from “Parenting” mag saying something to the effect of Welcome Jac… I’m sure we’ll get a lot of readers when u start writing for us in Feb… yadda yadda blah blah blah…..

          • avatar LoveLoveLove says:

Please note I do not have anything against Wacko personally – I do not wish to take anything away from her, it is just that as a mother of a special needs child this subject is near & dear to my heart!! It is a very serious issue and from what I’ve seen out of her thus far on Twitter regarding Autism she is so undereducated at this point that in my humble opinion she IS doing much more harm than good. She just throws crap out there willy-nilly – 1 minute she posts a link to an article about some crackpot therapy she found somewhere, the next she posts a link to some vitamin lollipop & just now she tweeted how the stripper thief, her hubby & another couple are over drinking booze & playing cards but that she’s making PECS!? WTF!!?? (pecs=picture cards=alt communication skills)
BTW: I also agree with many on here that have stated, & correctly so in my opinion, that she needs to slow her roll so-to-speak, take a step back and not be so quick to label her precious son. Not fair to him AT ALL!
BTW: Our son is THE MOST incredible human being we have ever known, he is the light of our lives & we would not want him any other way AND we’ve told him that since day one!!!

            • avatar mary says:

i’m so glad someone else noticed the pecs thing too. really?! you are advocating/supporting/informing people about autism while drinking and creating alternative communication boards for your son?! she is taking every opportunity possible to throw an autism related blurb of info out there without really informing anyone.

she is so desperate to stay relevant that she thinks she has created this platform for autism. her tweets and behavior are so juvenile, disorganized, and irrational that every attempt she makes to put some kind of info out about autism/awareness she just sounds more crazy and unaware of the image she is creating for herself.

    • avatar Marque says:

I have to wonder if this childs autisium is related to alcohol use during pregnancy. Alcoholics don’t stop because they are pregnant. Seen it too many times. Seems I remember a few scenes with her imbibing during early term.

  6. avatar cammierari says:

..I mean…is this a joke?? Are you kidding me??? Jac is bonkers! She taped her own lawyers? Woww…

    • avatar Buck Henry says:

Did she tape her own lawyers? If that is the case then they must really be dirty as hell. I think it was they taped the opposition and trustee (if the case they are in serious trouble and who told or found out about that). If her own lawyers they must not trust that their lawyers will lie sufficiently to help them and want to know (really want them) how to lie. But the lawyers don’t want to go to jail or get sued for their client so they may not trust them.

      • avatar cammierari says:

well..I’m assuming she taped her own lawyers because if she had taped the Feds, wouldn’t she be in jail? Would Jac be stupid enough to tape the other side’s lawyers???

      • avatar Amazing NJ says:

The Lauritas’ attorneys (yep – there are 5 Lauritas as defendants – 3 are DonCaro’s brothers and 2 are DonCaro’s sisters-in-law) use the same attorneys. If the attorneys were taped, they can withdraw from the case and the Lauritas will have to find other counsel. This is very serious.

  7. avatar Over it says:

It’s been a long day but I’m confused. Which attorneys…theirs or the fed. Also, it doesn’t say jac was the one who did it.

  8. avatar Amazing NJ says:

If she taped the U.S. Trustee, they are toast.

    • avatar Say What?? says:

Maybe that is why they are trying to prove her mentally incompetent ?

      • avatar WCW says:

If mental incompetency is proven would that mean she couldn’t be held accountable for anything in the lawsuit OR would this be a way for the Manzo/Laurita clan to gain custody of the minor children?

  9. avatar hannavas says:

gee maybe that’s the recording she was saying she has that she can’t reveal; and here we all thought it was about Teresa, lol!

  10. avatar RichmondVA says:

I think it’s a story in the making, hence just the one paragraph..Does anyone know where that picture is from?? Chris holding back Crazy Jac?

  11. avatar BravoCueen says:

I think the picture is from the final dinner during WacoJaco’s meltdown about Dina and Danielle (after the table flipping).

  12. avatar pcinkc says:

Me too. I’m out of the loop.

  13. avatar MinnieMe says:

Judy, take heart, nothing is wrong. This is Faux’s original way of letting his/her readers know what he/she is actively working on. It’s like the classic “stay tuned!”

  14. avatar Kelly says:

Can you plead the 5th when doing a Deposition? I think you can and that is probably what she will do.

    • avatar FauxReality says:

In a civil case if you plead the 5th, u can ask the Court that the answer be taken as a “negative inference” meaning that the response would have been in favor of the person asking the question. So, while Jacqueline may not have to implicate herself or her husband criminally, it will hurt their case civilly. If the question would not expose her or her husband to criminal liability, she must answer the question or face contempt.

  15. avatar Adriana says:

How about adding “(stay tuned…) ” or “(to be continued…”) at the end so we don’t smack our iPads for not loading properly?

  16. avatar MotherSeton says:

New…in awe…thank you…so nice to have facts when I hear someone slam Theresa. I don’t “talk” Jersey Housewives but hear a lot of nonsense. So I found you guys and voila! I roll out the info and the silence is deafening. Thanks!

  17. avatar dch60 says:

The problem is Jac was wrong. NJ is a one person consent state. Only one person has to consent to the recording and that can be the person doing the recording. I can’t tell you if it’s different in legal matters however. But if Jac recorded a conversation with Teresa, even without Teresa’s knowledge, she can play it for all the world to hear… as long as it was recorded in NJ.

  18. avatar Fake Reality says:

Everyone disgusted by Jac writing for Parenting Magazine please go to their web site, (parenting dot com) at the bottom select and you can send them an e-mail stating you won’t buy anymore magazines if she writes for them. If they get enough negative feedback, they will have to act on it!!

  19. avatar Dunnwrightpr says:

I cannot wait for the rest of this story! Jac is truly the most self-centered, egotistical person on TV (tied with Melissa). How is this information not in the mainstream media?! I work in public relations and would love to connect with you, Faux Reality…ths information needs to be common knowledge. Jac should not be getting any gigs from her “fame.” Especially gigs related to parenting. What a joke. The teen moms on MTV’s infamous show are better parents than Jac, and that’s not saying much.

Expressing concern to companies is good, especially if you post on their Facebook pages – companies hate to have negative posts on their page, and good companies will respond to these negative posts and many times change their path, with enough urging. Everyone should go to the Parenting Facebook page and tell them you’re disgusted with their recent “hire” of Jac Laurita and won’t be buying another magazine and are telling all of your friends to do the same.

I monitor several of my clients social media assets for a living, and I promise you even one post makes a difference. 95 percent of the time, the head of PR at the corporate level, has the final day on all social media statements.

  20. avatar Shakin My Head says:

I wonder if Jac was getting all the info on Teresa and her financial troubles through the guise of being her friend taping them hence one party NJ not a problem) BUT she played them for Cat the producer who lives in LA all the while recording that conversation over the phone and CA is a two party state which would then make it illegal. This is so confusing I can’t wait to see exactly who Jacko recorded. She is one wicked whack job, I used to think Chris always looked tired from having to deal w/Ashley all the time now we know it’s his shady business practices and his wacko wife among others.

  21. avatar Rochelle says:

I bet she probably has a recording of Teresa telling her take the money to spend on her luxurious lifestyle by buying a private plane for personal use. LOL!

I just pondered on something maybe the reason why Jacqueline was so keen on bringing up Teresa’s financial status is because she thought that us the viewers would forget about her case was ever mentioned and let all the focus be on Teresa’s bankruptcy!

  22. avatar tsbmom says:

I like the idea of Parenting magazine following the family of a newly diagnosed child with autism. I don’t think they are looking for any gems of knowledge or any kind of expertise. I think they are trying to follow and show how difficult a diagnosis is and getting a first hand view of the process from start to the daily struggles. Innermost thoughts and fears sort of thing. They chose a newly diagnosed family so they can follow the long journey. I really do think its
.a great idea. My opposition is picking this particular family. Disregard Jac’s mental conditions and there are still many reasons she is a poor choice. Parenting should look for a more average family that a majority of people can relate to. Jac’s family is on a reality show, they are wealthy(o.k. supposedly) and have access to things an average family don’t. Nannies, bigger food budget (for a special diet), larger home (a whole playroom dedicated to his needs), a stay at home mother etc. These things take her out of the realm of everyday folks who work hard and sacrifice but will never have the perks that Jac does. You then have to take into account her family legal issues, possibly including an accusation of mental instability. Should a magazine ( or reader) invest time in articles that may end abrubtly because the writer is incarcerated or deemed unfit to care for her children? Bad idea I think. As a parent following her journey I would be extremely upset to find out I’ve been following a mentally unstable criminal all along. I think these are the things that Parenting magazine should have taken into consideration before giving her a platform on autism. I wonder how enthusiastic Jac would be if the magazine gave her restrictions about mentioning BLK as it’s claim of helping an autistic child are not backed up scientifically. Like I said, the idea is wonderful, but the choice of families is highly questionable.

  23. avatar Linda Carrier says:

This poor excuse of a mother’s action are that of a sneeky, inmature, paranoid, lying bitch. Her daughter’s obxoxious behavior is pale in comparison to her “mother.” To think Parenting Magazine ir any charity would find her worthy if hust a basic decent humanbeing is absurd. I spend alot of my precios spare time contacting these organizations pointing out how their reputation is in grave danger associating with Jac Laurita. I am so thankful for all Faux’s hard work. Her facts and ref public records are so well written, she is my #1 reference resource. So if any of these orgs read my correspondance, that would mean they read this site as well! Honestly, Faux should be paid the big$$ for all her remarkable fact finds!!

  24. avatar Linda Carrier says:

I can’t believe they are coming back — again.
