While pretending that everything is just fine this Christmas, the Federal Court sent the Laurita family an interesting greeting just in time for Christmas.
The Scheduling Order was entered on the docket of the Federal Bankruptcy / Adversary Proceeding case on December 21, 2012.
The new scheduling order amended deadline dates to tie into the Court’s decision on the following motions:
- Signature filed a motion for leave to file an Amended Complaint;
- Studio Holdings filed a motion to dismiss the Amended Third Party Complaint of ROC Fashions;
- ROC Fashions filed a motion for leave to file a Second Amended Third Party Complaint;
- Studio Holdings intends to file a motion to disqualify attorneys for Signature Apparel;
- Signature Apparel has advised that it may file a motion to disqualify attorneys for Studio Holdings.
All motions and contemplated motions shall be argued on March 14, 2013. Until motions are decided all depositions are suspended, however, documentary discovery shall proceed pursuant to the following schedule:
- Fact discovery will be completed within 60 days of Court’s final dispositions on Motions;
- Expert disclosures will be completed within 67 days of Court’s final disposition on Motions;
- Affirmative expert reports shall be completed within 105 days of Court’s final disposition on Motions;
- Reply expert reports shall be completed within 135 days of Court’s final disposition of Motions;
- Expert depositions shall be completed within 165 days of Court’s final disposition of Motions;
- Summary Judgment motions shall be filed within 45 days of completion of expert discovery;
- Signature’s Motion for leave to file an Amended Complaint shall be heard on March 14, 2013;
- Lauritas’ Answer to the Amended Complaint shall be filed 21 days after the Court grants leave to file the Amended Complaint.
It appears that the dates may run during filming for Season 5. It will be interesting to see if the Lauritas’ court dates or appointments with attorneys are caught on tape. If the Housewife franchise is supposed to reflect the reality of their lives, surely the Lauritas’ court fiasco must play a part of the show.

The Laurita’s don’t know how bad of a shape they are truly in. How in gods name can they get a business going when they have fraud and outright theft being investigated in court. What investor would want to do business with them.

Honnie, Bravo will naturally bury their heads in the sand..how will they have time to deal with true reality when they need to make up negative stories about Teresa, while making up bigger (positive) stories about the rest. I’m at my absolute breaking point with this crap! I’m sick and tired of being sick and tired of the BS they continue to feed us! More important..why am still hanging on to the hope it’ll be different?

Sweet Dubbalicious! I always love reading your comments. You know, it’s really so difficult to know what the truth is as far as upcoming storylines because there is so much … “insider” chatter all over the place, conflicting stories, etc.
Bravo is strictly a TV business, and as such, they could either continue the TG bashfest or let it go entirely. I don’t quite believe that Bravo will continue, as it is akin to beating a dead horse. Also, it is absolutely not believable that, due to the nasty way the friendships ended, these women would be together at parties, houses, etc. At this point, why on earth would TG show up at a Laurita/Manzo dinner party, lunch, social event? How can the everyone-against-TG bashfest be sustained? It cannot.
I will say I think that Bravo will indeed ditch the everyone-against-TG bashfest for the most part (not entirely). Sounds like they signed some allies for her.

Then when Mom O’The Year Jacquelyn slurs that she doesn’t want to talk about it “on camera,” perhaps she will be skewered and roasted the way Teresa was?
